I am an Education Program Coordinator and Community Development Specialist with more than 15 years of experience designing, coordinating, and facilitating education and capacity-building programs. I am the Founder of Sidina Community, a learning ecosystem for mothers, educators, and facilitators, where I have led more than 18 program batches and supported over 2,000 participants across Indonesia. My work focuses on education programs, family and community development, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration. I have coordinated training programs, Training of Trainers (ToT), and community-based initiatives in partnership with schools, government institutions, NGOs, and brands. With a background in Economics and certification as a Qualified Wealth Planner, I bring a practical understanding of education, financial literacy, and sustainable community empowerment. I am experienced in managing programs from planning to execution, coordinating facilitators and participants, and ensuring meaningful learning experiences. I am currently open to remote opportunities as a Program Coordinator, Education Program Manager, or Community Manager, particularly within education, social impact, and capacity-building projects.
