I help organisations grow revenue through fundraising strategy, partnerships, and financial optimisation. Over the past few years, I’ve worked at the heart of high-growth fundraising environments, supporting charities, organisations, and community-led initiatives to collectively raise millions. My work has focused on building and scaling campaigns through peer-to-peer fundraising, matched funding, recurring giving, and donor engagement strategies that drive both immediate results and long-term growth. I’ve worked closely with a wide range of organisations, from international charities to local grassroots projects, helping them bring structure, clarity, and performance into their fundraising efforts. This includes campaign strategy, revenue planning, and hands-on execution, as well as supporting teams to better understand their data and unlock more value from their donor base. More recently, I’ve been building systems around Gift Aid and fundraising infrastructure, helping organisations recover missed revenue, improve data quality, and strengthen their financial processes. This is an area with significant untapped potential, and I’m focused on turning it into a clear, scalable opportunity for the sector. My approach combines relationship-building with commercial thinking. I’m particularly strong at identifying opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and turning ideas into structured, revenue-generating outcomes. Before moving into fundraising, I spent over a decade in education as a Deputy Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and community engagement, skills that continue to shape how I work today. I’m currently exploring opportunities where I can contribute to growth at scale, while continuing to build alongside organisations that are serious about impact and performance.
