Skystar Ventures is a tech incubator and coworking space founded by Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) and Kompas Gramedia Group (KGG). Dedicated offices for small to medium teams, from 10 m² up to 75 m², seating up to 20. A yearly term is the best value — Rp 11.868.000/month for 40 m² and 10 people, up to Rp 22.252.500/month for 75 m² and 20 — and six-month terms and flexible monthly, quarterly and annual payment are also available.
Individual PlanFrom Rp 62.000/day
A dedicated desk in the shared open space, for freelancers, remote workers and solo founders. Rp 62.000/day or Rp 1.250.000/month on a monthly membership, minimum one month, with flexible terms.
Meeting RoomFrom Rp 1.750.000/full day
Meeting spaces for brainstorming, team discussions and client presentations, seating 5, 9 or 20 people. Weekday rates run from Rp 1.750.000 for a full day with 5 people to Rp 5.850.000 for 20, with three-hour blocks and hourly add-ons; weekend rates are higher. Open 8 AM – 5 PM, and weekend means Saturday only.

A customisable space for networking events, workshops, seminars and product launches — auditorium-style or open networking setup for 50+ attendees, with stage, microphone and projector, and event support services available. Weekdays Rp 4.250.000 for three hours after office hours (5–8 PM); weekends Rp 17.425.000 for a full day or Rp 7.225.000 for three hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
