As Vice President for Southeast Asia at the Wadhwani Entrepreneurship Network (WEN), I lead the Foundation's strategic growth across Indonesia, the Philippines, and the broader SEA region. Based in Jakarta, I oversee the design and delivery of AI-powered entrepreneurship programs. Over the past decade, WEN programs have reached over 60,000 beneficiaries through partnerships with more than 250 universities and higher education institutions in SEA. My work focuses on scaling innovation ecosystems, building high-performance teams, and fostering cross-sector collaboration to drive inclusive economic development. I thrive in cross-cultural environments and enjoy building bridges between local insight and global innovation. With over a decade of experience, I've worked across venture capital and fintech, building and backing transformative startups in the US and Southeast Asia. My portfolio includes several of the region's most recognized startups—such as Bukalapak, Carro, JULO, Alodokter, and TechInAsia. I also co-founded a fintech and employee benefits startup that supported 400,000 blue-collar workers and held leadership roles at Payfazz and JULO, where I helped build core business functions from the ground up. A Magna Cum Laude graduate in Finance and Economics from Babson College, I remain active as an angel investor, mentor, and advocate for purpose-driven entrepreneurship.
