My role spans five core mandates: - Set and Execute Technology Strategy Own the technology vision and strategy, build the roadmap, and lead execution to align technology investments with business growth, innovation, and market leadership. - Power the Business with Technology Drive product engineering and platform excellence—leading teams to build and ship products with speed, agility, and reliability to meet evolving customer needs. - Optimize and Modernize Technology at Scale Lead infrastructure, operations, and architecture modernization to deliver resilient, secure, and high-performing systems—ensuring scalability and operational excellence as the business grows. - Lead Technology Innovation and Foresight Build a culture of innovation and experimentation, from trendspotting and foresight to portfolio and innovation pipeline management—creating 10x technologies that deliver long-term competitive advantage. - Scale Technology Leadership and Talent Shape organizational design, leadership development, and talent strategy to build a world-class technology organization that attracts, develops, and retains top engineering and data talent. This mandate Technology as strategic driver of business value, accelerating DANA’s mission to deliver inclusive, innovative financial services for hundreds of millions of users.
