Part of the Senior Leadership of Microsoft Indonesia, my responsibilities as Customer Success Director are: Drive Customer Value and Cloud Adoption: lead the subsidiary’s customer success strategy by orchestrating cross-functional teams to accelerate cloud consumption, usage, and value realization across prioritized accounts. Enable Technical Excellence and Field Execution: provide technical leadership and unblock opportunities by bridging field teams with engineering, ensuring customers and partners receive scalable, high-impact solutions aligned with Microsoft’s cloud strategy. Manage Business Performance and Operational Rigor: own the end-to-end Customer Success business, including pipeline management, resource planning, and financial performance, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals.
Mentor Lecturer and Capstone Project Supervisor
Providing academic mentorship and guidance to diploma/vocational students as they develop and complete their capstone projects. Supporting students in refining their analytical and practical skills while ensuring their projects align with industry standards and academic expectations. Facilitating structured discussions, critical problem-solving, and professional development to help students transition smoothly into the workforce.
