IDSW is run by PERKODI with tech communities across Indonesia: Python ID, id-ruby, TEKNUM, JakartaJS and Deeptech.id. Two things are open right now. Early bird tickets are on sale at IDR 300,000, after the super early bird round sold out, and the call for proposals is free to enter and closes on 26 September 2026.

One track means there is no second room to be filtered into. A talk accepted here is a talk to the whole conference.

One tool, one technique, or one sharp idea. Then sit down.

Review

The name comes second

Reviewers read the proposal before they see who wrote it, so a first submission is read on the same terms as a returning speaker's.

For speakers

What you get

A two-day ticket, dinner with the rest of the line-up, and written feedback on your abstract if this is your first time on a stage.

Proposals go in at cfp.idsw.dev. The line-up is announced on idsw.dev after review.

Why go

The four themes are the ones a founder's engineering hires argue about on a Monday: how a team splits product thinking from execution, what breaks in production at scale, how technical leaders shape a team's architecture decisions, and which of the new tools are worth the migration. It is a room of people who ship, run by the communities they came out of.

IDSW has run 15 editions since 2017 and put more than 5,000 developers through them. Last year's, at this same hall, drew over 450 attendees and 17 speakers.
