Mekari Sign is a digital signature and document approval platform for businesses in Indonesia. Users upload documents, send them to signers, set the signing order, apply certified electronic signatures and e-Meterai (electronic stamp duty), and track each step through an audit trail. Signers verify their identity through e-KYC before using a certified signature. Certified signatures are issued through PT Tilaka Nusa Teknologi, an electronic certification provider (PSrE) recognised by Komdigi, and the e-Meterai is official Peruri e-Meterai. The platform also has document templates, bulk signing, approval workflows, contract tracking, and APIs for connecting other systems. Companies use it for employment contracts, offer letters, sales agreements, vendor contracts and invoices.

Certified e-signature

e-KYC identity verification
Signers verify their identity with e-KTP, a selfie and a liveness check, matched against Dukcapil data. A separate flow covers signers from outside Indonesia.
