We run corporate events in Jakarta. Grand openings, anniversaries, product launches, and the smaller gatherings and internal meetings that still have to go right. PT Kreasi Inovasi Bangsa started in 2017, and we've been doing this for brands ever since. Prices are published, so you pick from the catalogue instead of waiting three days for a quote. From there it's one flow: consultation, booking, e-invitations, RSVPs. Grand Opening

Opening a store, an outlet or a plant — decoration and the inauguration itself. The package builds from a backdrop customised to the client's own reference, a gate decoration with the inauguration ribbon, event documentation, an e-invitation carrying the company's theme and brand with RSVP, and their organiser team running the day. The fuller tiers add an MC, live music with the sound system, and custom bunting flags installed on site. Three tiers — Simple, Private and Mega.

Anniversary

A company or BOD anniversary, run as a structured programme for the guests and the whole team. Built from a backdrop customised to the client's reference, event documentation, an e-invitation themed and branded with RSVP, and their organiser team. The fuller tiers add an MC, the anniversary cake, live music with the sound system, event lighting, and decoration of the supporting areas. Three tiers — Simple, Private and Mega.

Product Launch

Putting a product in front of its audience, from the printed PR kit through to a mascot. Built from a backdrop customised to the client's reference, event documentation, a dummy display of the product, a table display, an e-invitation themed and branded with RSVP, and their organiser team. The fuller tiers add a pair of LED TVs, a live camera feed and an MC. Three tiers — Simple, Private and Mega.

Meeting / Organization

Production for a gathering, a meeting or an organisational event — the room, the running order and the coordination on the day. Built from a backdrop customised to the client's reference, a brand backdrop, event documentation, an e-invitation themed and branded with RSVP, and their organiser team. The fuller tiers add an MC. Three tiers — Simple, Private and Mega.

Talent, crew and add-ons

The pieces that hang off any of the four packages, bookable with them: MCs, DJs and event crew from their own curated pool, event animation, e-invitations with RSVP, and documentation. The crew are trained in-house — practical training plus their own learning-management system — rather than being whoever the day turned up.

Consultation and custom scope

None of the four packages is fixed: items are added and dropped to fit the event, and booking, availability and the quote all come out of a consultation with their team — scheduled from the site, alongside a booking form and a mood-board gallery. Everything after that runs through their website and client dashboard, which is where the event's state is kept up to date rather than in a thread. Companies taking an all-in package, and companies that commit to a recurring annual agenda, are quoted on their own terms.
