I turn complex technology into enterprise revenue. Over 20 years across Southeast Asia, I've done it with banking systems, enterprise mobility, and now Generative AI — and the results have a pattern: USD 5M grown to USD 100M+ per year at Samsung, 189% of target and President's Club at SOTI, a partner ecosystem built from 3 to 150+. My career runs on one conviction: the best deals are won where technical depth meets commercial instinct. As Head of Regional Technical Account Management at Samsung, I led presales strategy and Knox solution architecture across 8 markets — Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan — advising enterprise and government clients while building the partner engine that scaled the business. Today, as AI Product Manager at Merkle Inovasi Teknologi, I lead Generative AI products from vision to launch: LLM and RAG architectures, AI workflow automation, and platform advisory across OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and AWS Bedrock. Recent wins include an ITSM project at BCA Life and an AI-based camera patrol system for Micron Technology, Singapore. Banking and financial services are home ground: solution delivery for Bank Central Asia, Samsung's first Enterprise Technical Support deal with Bank Mandiri, and engagements at Bank Indonesia taught me how regulated institutions in this region actually buy technology. Open to: Technical Account Manager · Presales Manager · IT Solution Architect · Product Manager · Partner Account Manager roles across SEA.

Murali S Hariharan- I build bridges between the world’s technology companies and Asia’s fastest-growing markets — and I make sure traffic actually crosses it. For most global software and AI companies, “expanding into Asia” means a slide, distributors, and a hope. The reality is that ASEAN, India, ANZ and EMEA are not one market but a dozen — each with its own buyers, procurement rituals, regulatory posture, channel structure and its own idea of what earns trust. I have learnt to operate across those seams: matching the right offering to the right market, building the relationships that convert interest into revenue. At Lamplighters Asia, I help technology companies from around the world create purposeful engagements and durable relationships across Asian, ANZ and EMEA markets — the kind of go-to-market that compounds rather than churns. With The Torque.ai, I build a curated portfolio of AI offerings from companies across the globe, representing and reselling them into the local markets — driving demand, localizing the motion, and giving buyers a trusted counterpart. As Director & Co-Founder of Karbonless.ai, I am applying AI to decarbonization, traceability and sustainability — helping organizations turn climate intent into measurable outcomes. And as Strategic Advisor to Grync.io, I help shape go-to-market, partnerships and AI strategy. The common thread is the same one that runs through everything I do: taking strong technology and giving it a trusted path to the customers and markets who need it. My focus areas: ISV expansion and go-to-market strategy; market entry and localization across ASEAN, India, ANZ and EMEA; commercializing AI in-region; and partnership-led growth built on relationships rather than referral fees. Cloud marketplaces and co-sell mechanisms are part of the toolkit, but the heart of my work is the strategy, the relationships and the cultural fluency. Underneath all of it is a genuine depth of understanding of Asian, ANZ and EMEA markets — the cultures, traditions, business models and buying psychologies that determine whether a global product lands or stalls. I also serve as Honorary Secretary and Director at Chitrakala Arts, where my work of sustaining culture and craft is a daily reminder that the most valuable things — trust, reputation, mastery — are built patiently, over years, in relationship with people. That is exactly how markets are built too. If you are a software or AI company looking to grow — or a partner who believes co-sell should be a trust contract, not a lead swap — let’s talk.
