In 2020, I founded the Remote Skills Academy, an impact-focused platform that has since equipped 40,000+ Indonesian and international learners with digital and remote work skills. I’m also an angel investor, advisor, and board member for several forward-thinking companies. I'm passionate about the future of work and designing purposeful, sustainable businesses and lifestyles. Over the last decade and a half, I’ve explored the mindset, tools, and practices that make this possible. I’ve been named a Top 50 Remote Innovator (2023 & 2024), a Top Voice in APAC on the future of work and education, and my work has been featured in the Washington Post, CNET & more. My professional and personal experiences span 4 continents, 45+ countries, and multiple industries.
