Satya spent 25 years moving between worlds — corporate clients and scrappy startups, design studios and C-suites, Jakarta and the broader Southeast Asian market. I’m usually brought in when things start to feel messy — when product direction is unclear, teams aren’t aligned, or execution isn’t matching ambition. I help make sense of that. Clarifying what matters, aligning people, and getting products back to something that actually works. Along the way, I’ve co-founded and sold a social network to Yahoo!, led product and UX through hypergrowth and restructuring, and coached teams from early startups to large corporates — often acting as the bridge between design, engineering, and business.
