I’m Sofian Hadiwijaya, an applied AI and product leader with 18+ years of experience building technology products across digital banking, fintech, startups, IoT, robotics, data, and enterprise automation. My current focus is enterprise AI deployment: working close to real business users, identifying high-value workflows, designing AI-powered systems, building prototypes, navigating enterprise constraints, and taking solutions toward production adoption. I’m especially interested in GenAI agents, LLM-powered workflows, enterprise automation, AI evaluation, and applied AI for regulated industries such as banking and fintech. I enjoy the intersection between customer problems, engineering feasibility, security, governance, and product impact. My background combines product leadership, hands-on technical depth, startup building, and customer-facing execution. I have helped build and scale technology products across Southeast Asia and have been recognized through Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia.
