Reno graduated with a master's degree from New York University in Organizational Behavior (highest distinction) and a bachelor's degree from York College, USA, in Psychology (magna cum laude). As an HR tech researcher, Reno brings deep analytical perspective to business leaders on how to best adopt new HR tech that would fit with the organization talent objectives. She has been invited to speak on startups, employee engagement, women at work, & career management. She believes in providing resources and insights to the next generation of talent to prepare them for the future of work.
