Led product management and online marketing teams for large media and e-commerce companies, non-profit organisations, and startups. Consults for large and small organisations to accelerate digital transformation, product development, and online marketing. In 2010 empowered Indonesia Mengajar’s growth by digitizing recruitment, marketing and ops to scale 3-4x growth in subsequent batches while keeping operational costs stable. In 2012 helped set up Zalora in Indonesia, leading the digital product and online marketing teams propelling Zalora as the leading fashion e-commerce player in Indonesia. In 2013 founded Setipe.com, an online matchmaking service using tech to filter, rank and connect singles for long term romantic relationships. The service grew to over 1 million users and thousands of wedding invitations until in 2017, where it was acquired by Lunch Actually Group in Singapore. An active speaker on technology, marketing, product management and startups. A product mentor for Google Launchpad Accelerator in 2015, and a TedX Jakarta speaker on the topic of tech and love in 2016. Passionate about the future of education and the digital creative industry. Currently Co-Founder of RevoU, an online learning academy bridging the gap between formal education and the needs of the digital economy.
