I build digital systems that make government work better for people. As Senior Advisor at the National Economic Council (DEN), I help shape Indonesia’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI)—from digital ID and data exchange to modernized G2P payments. I lead cross-ministry alignment and the DPI–Perlinsos pilot to lay the groundwork for national scale. Previously, I served as VP Director at INA Digital and Director at GovTech Procurement, modernizing procurement systems and leading a 200-person digital team handling transactions of massive scale. My earlier roles in Telkom Indonesia, Bukalapak, and Mamikos sharpened my product, ecosystem, and execution muscles. I’m driven by one mission: build digital foundations that improve public trust, accelerate service delivery, and create real impact—at scale.

As Senior Advisor at the National Economic Council, I support Indonesia’s digital transformation agenda by shaping and steering the development of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), with a current focus on strengthening the national social protection system (Perlinsos). My role centers on providing strategic policy guidance and coordinating high-level collaboration across ministries and digital institutions. A core aspect of my work involves leading the design and refinement of integrated targeting, digital ID activation, data exchange standards, and G2P payment modernization to ensure more transparent, citizen-centric service delivery. I also advise senior government leadership on implementation readiness, regulatory alignment, and the scale-up pathway of DPI-based reforms. Furthermore, I oversee cross-ministerial orchestration for the Banyuwangi pilot, ensuring end-to-end preparation for eligibility determination, grievance mechanisms, and operational roll-out. All these efforts ultimately contribute to building Indonesia’s foundational DPI - an interoperable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that will transform how public services are delivered nationwide.
