Responsibilities - Business Intelligence: • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture, • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources, • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. • Develop and maintain critical dashboard solutions to provide business insights and actionable into operational efficiency, channel performance and other business growth opportunities. Responsibilities - Strategy & Analytics: • Own data insights generation for all categories of products within MNC Financial Services Business Unit, communicate business insights to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations related to the organization’s strategy and business objectives achievements • Define and monitor business metrics across multiple channels and products including but not limited to Sales, Revenue, Inventory, Targets, Distribution coverage, allocation, etc. • Analyze data and trends to drive new insights, create strategies for omni channel and product, and make recommendations that drive the business forward • Manage various analytically driven projects in parallel and autonomously, structure an end-to-end analysis to find the best solution, and ensure high-quality outputs for the respective business teams Responsibilities - Leadership: • Manage a team of data engineers and analysts to surface insights to refine our strategy, adoption, and approach to business growth opportunities, connect all the dots and ensure closed-loop management of every approach. • Mentoring and developing team; promoting best practices, new techniques/methodologies, and robust documentation of all efforts (projects, products, planning) • Manage day-to-day operations, including prioritization, project assignment, project pipeline, workload management, and risk management.
