As a Member of the Supervisory Board for GEN Indonesia, I leverage my extensive leadership within the startup ecosystem to provide strategic governance and mission-driven oversight. My role is centered on ensuring organizational integrity while aligning local initiatives with the Global Entrepreneurship Network’s mission across 160 nations. I provide high-level stewardship over the strategic roadmap, overseeing annual programming designed to scale entrepreneurial impact.

Our vision is democratizing access to entrepreneurship resources, that every entrepreneur, regardless of location or background, has the opportunity to grow, innovate, and succeed. Over the past years, KUMPUL has connected more than 130 hubs and local partners and collaborated with 314 industry partners across Indonesia. This network has directly supported 1,316 MSMEs and 520 startups selected into our programs, with a wider reach of over 83,000 MSMEs and 79,000 startups across the ecosystem. Among the MSMEs we work with, 93% are now digitized, owners recorded an average learning growth of 67%, and revenues rose by 39%. On the startup side, 480 Indonesian startups and 40 international startups entering the Indonesian market have been supported through the contribution of hundreds of business experts and more than 850 business matching sessions. Behind every number is the same belief: talent is universal, but opportunities are not.
