My track record includes 4x growth of a BNPL business in 9 months, 100%+ YoY revenue growth in Tokopedia's Fashion category, account management covering 500K+ merchants and strategic partnerships with 8 major financial institutions. Before moving into operating roles, I spent 4.5 years at McKinsey and Poyry Management Consulting advising governments and large industrials on operational transformation, market strategy and public policy, including work later adopted into national economic strategy in Indonesia. I hold an MBA from the University of Cambridge (Chevening and Cambridge Trust Scholar) and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Indonesia.
