This is a deliberate phase to synthesize two decades of operational execution into actionable insights for the next generation of business challenges. Current Focus: While stepping back from day-to-day operations to focus on personal growth and family, I remain active in the ecosystem as an Independent Advisor, focusing on: Operational Excellence: Advising founders on shifting from "growth at all costs" to building stable, efficient, and resilient systems. Market Strategy: Researching and strategizing cross-border opportunities between US and Southeast Asian markets. Sustainable Growth: integrating ESG practices into business models to ensure long-term viability. I am using this time to mentor select teams and sharpen my strategic focus.
