Reno Rafly is the CEO & Founder of Catalyst Global Consulting, a New York-based human capital strategy firm specializes in training, talent management, organizational development, and HR technology management.

Reno has over ten years of progressive global HR experience in leading leadership and team development and partnering with business leaders to align business strategy with people strategy. Her passion is to drive human capital strategy and analytics for organizational growth.

She currently serves as an adjunct faculty at York College, City University of New York, teaching courses in Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Leadership. As an HR technology researcher, she consults for technology startups to provide a perspective on user experience and provides advice for companies who want to implement HR technology. Reno has been recognized by GloboForce as the WorkHuman Fellow 2016. She has received numerous scholarship awards from each of the universities she has attended.

Reno holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from New York University with the highest distinction and a Bachelor’s degree from York College in Psychology with magna cum laude. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Psychology. Her dissertation topic is on managing HR technology in a global organization.
