I help Global 1000 companies develop a pipeline and portfolio of successful new ventures. This means creating, building, and launching new ventures generated from within their organizations, and designing and managing world-class corporate venture groups. With over 18 years of experience in various roles across tech and consumer products, I have a passion for helping founders become better leaders so they can build successful businesses. Before getting into corporate venturing, I was a Program Manager at Techstars in Singapore and Amsterdam, where I led the overall operations and logistics, sourced and curated startups from all over the world, developed the program curriculum, facilitated workshops, mentored and supported founders, and managed relationships with mentors, investors, and corporate partners. As an entrepreneur, I co-founded a music hardware startup, Rocki, and participated in Techstars Boston '14. I love helping founders work out challenges around the foundation of their company, such as telling their story, building their product, finding the right funding strategy, putting together their team, and leveraging their networks to bootstrap early stage growth.
