I lead two parallel tracks: investment and education. As Managing Partner at Ideosource Venture Capital and CEO of Ideosource Entertainment, I have invested in 30+ technology startups — including Bibit/Stockbit — and produced 25+ films including Kuasa Gelap, Qodrat, Gundala, Keluarga Cemara, and Losmen Bu Broto. As Director of IDS Education Group, I oversee a multi-disciplinary institution in Jakarta covering creative arts (Pearson BTEC), IT and software engineering, and graduate business programs in partnership with UGM and ITS — two of Indonesia's top universities. IDS serves students across campuses with direct access to the UGM and ITS alumni networks. For the past several months, I have been using Claude (Anthropic) as my primary analytical partner across all entities — investment deal analysis, curriculum development, admissions strategy, and corporate training — with zero human editorial layer between Claude's output and my team. I have developed a documented workflow methodology based on this practice. Indonesia has 270 million people, 4,500+ universities, and is at an inflection point in AI adoption in education. I believe the next chapter of IDS is to become a model for AI-integrated learning at scale. I am currently completing a Doctor's degree in Technology Management at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS).
